Referral program terms

Invite a new professional using your personal referral link. Free and paid members can participate. Only direct referrals qualify; there are no rewards for your referrals’ referrals.

Attribution and eligibility

Your referral link does not expire or change when retrieved. The dashboard restores it automatically when you sign in. Previously shared links and existing referrals remain valid.

Automatic link tracking remembers the first valid referral link clicked for 30 days. The new person should create their first free account within that window. If browser tracking is missed, a different browser or device does not prevent membership-number recovery.

Recover a referral using a membership number

The referring member enters their buddy’s membership number in Refer & earn. The buddy must independently confirm the request while signed into their own account. Requests appear inside the account; no automatic email or text is sent. Knowing a membership number alone cannot assign credit.

The buddy must confirm before their first paid Personal Pro or Business Plus membership begins or within 30 days afterward. Each request expires after at most 30 days, and the first-paid-membership deadline still applies. A free member whose referral was not tracked can use this process before upgrading. An established paid member outside that deadline is ineligible. An existing referral cannot be reassigned, even if another member submits a request. Declined requests cannot be resent by the same referrer.

Once a referral is assigned, it remains linked to that referring member and can qualify for rewards later. A person can have only one referrer. Signing in identifies an account; it does not independently verify a person or their work.

The new professional must complete a real profile with their name, at least 20 characters about their work, a published work category and a service territory. Independent review checks for self-referrals, duplicate accounts and misuse before releasing rewards. Never create accounts for other people or send unsolicited bulk invitations.

Free accounts and profile checks

Basic personal and business profiles remain free. Creating an account or completing a profile does not earn referral perks or grant a Pro trial. A completed profile must pass independent review before a paid referral can qualify. Different email addresses do not prove distinct people; self-referrals, duplicate identities and coordinated misuse do not qualify.

Paid-membership rewards

The referred member must purchase Personal Pro or Business Plus after joining and remain paid for at least 30 days after their paid membership begins. This qualifying period is separate from the 30-day signup attribution window; the purchase does not need to occur within that signup window. Refunded, disputed or reversed payments do not qualify. An independent operator checks that the accounts belong to distinct people and reviews the payment for refunds, disputes and continued paid service before approval. A referrer can earn up to six membership rewards per UTC calendar year, across all plan types.

The reward is determined by the referrer’s active plan at approval: free members receive 30 days of Personal Pro; monthly members receive an invoice credit up to one current month’s membership price, excluding taxes and add-ons; prepaid members receive one calendar month added to their purchased term; lifetime members receive 30 extra AI assists. Business Plus includes personal benefits and does not earn a second reward.

Credits apply to future invoices for the membership that earned them, cannot be withdrawn as cash and may require support if that membership changes. Prepaid extensions do not renew automatically. Earned Pro access and extensions do not restart founder pricing. Lifetime rewards do not change the lifetime contract.

Using AI rewards

Unactivated earned AI assists stay in your balance. Activate three at a time, once per UTC day. Activated bonus assists expire at the daily allowance reset if unused. Existing fair-use and platform availability limits continue to apply; failed AI generation does not consume an assist.

Honest promotion and program changes

Tell people: “I may earn membership perks if you join through my link.” Do not promise jobs, income, verified status or guaranteed growth. Rewards are nontransferable and have no cash value. Fraudulent rewards may be suspended after investigation; legitimate earned rewards are honored. Future changes will be announced before they affect new referrals.
