Free includes a short text profile, a shareable link and review collection. Free personal headlines allow 60 characters, work descriptions 200 and customer introductions 120. Free business introductions allow 120 characters. Free profiles include no logo uploads, profile images or featured projects, and 3 successful AI requests per day.

Monthly memberships

Founder’s Special ends August 31, 2027 at 11:59 PM Eastern. Eligible Personal Pro signups cost $4.99/month and Business Pro signups cost $9.99/month for their first twelve subscription months, then $6.99 and $14.99/month respectively. Personal Pro Plus costs $12.99/month and Business Pro Plus costs $24.99/month, with no introductory membership discount. The exact price and renewal terms appear before checkout. Monthly memberships renew until canceled; cancel future renewal in billing settings. Access continues through the paid period. Rejoining does not restart a used introductory discount.

Prepayment and lifetime memberships

Until August 31, 2027, one-time prepayment for 1–24 months is available at the stated founder price for Pro and the stated regular price for Pro Plus. The prepaid offer is available once per account per plan. Prepaid payments are nonrefundable, have no automatic renewal and provide access through the purchased term.

Basic profiles are free and have no lifetime purchase. Paid profile plans retain a one-time lifetime offer: Personal Pro $419.40, Business Pro $899.40, Personal Pro Plus $779.40, Business Pro Plus $1,499.40. These equal five years at their regular monthly rates. One-time payments are nonrefundable. Premium lifetime access covers the stated plan’s core features while the service operates; separately priced add-ons have no lifetime option. Account inactivity and recovery rules apply unless the account has continuing successful card payments.

Profile and usage limits

Pro includes one logo, one profile image, one featured project with up to 3 project photos, and 25 successful AI requests per day. Personal Pro allows a 140-character headline, 1,000-character work description and 400-character customer introduction. Business Pro adds a 1,000-character business description, 400-character services description, 200-character short introduction and 1 personal profile linked to the business.

Pro Plus includes one logo, up to 6 profile images, 3 featured projects with up to 8 photos per project, webpage layout choices on the personal profile and 50 successful AI requests per day. Personal Pro Plus allows a 140-character headline, 1,800-character work description and 700-character customer introduction. Business Pro Plus adds a 1,800-character business description, 800-character services description, 200-character short introduction and up to 3 personal profiles linked to the business. Business-linked profiles use the linked-profile dashboard and invitation links. Free business listings include no linked personal profiles. Additional links cost $9.99 each, paid once. An assigned profile cannot be reused: deactivation or archiving permanently retires its business link and consumes the slot. The individual retains their own independent account and reviews. Business links require an active paid business membership.

AI is optional; review suggestions before saving. Additional attempt limits protect availability. Optional AI matching participation is $4.99/month on other tiers and included with Pro Plus. Matching requires explicit opt-in and approved work information. Search and introduction allowances are separate. No membership guarantees customers, work, rankings or business growth.

Saved work above your current plan limits stays private. It is not deleted when a paid membership ends. Free display limits then apply. Existing longer saved text can be preserved unchanged; new or edited text must meet your current limit. Reviews remain separate from paid features and follow the same moderation rules.

Premier Placements and tip links

Premier Placements is a separate proposed add-on for active paid members. Proposed first-placement-month rates are $9 for individuals, then $19/month, and $24 for businesses and employers, then $49/month. No premier placements charge, renewal or placement is activated by submitting a request. Final placement, rates and terms must be approved before payment or publication. Premier Placements never changes reviews or ratings. Tip links have their own separately displayed pricing and billing terms.

Document verification reviews

Business licensing and initial insurance document reviews cost $49 each. Insurance updates after a prior approved insurance review cost $19. These are one-time review fees with no automatic renewal. A fee pays for review, not guaranteed approval. A checkmark appears only after approval of documents held privately on file, and displays its reviewed scope and expiration. Badges stop displaying when documents expire or at the annual review date, whichever comes first. Optional insurance reminders do not create an automatic charge.
