Useful introductions.
Careful access.
What is visible
An enabled personal link shows a name and an introduction before sign-in. A worker can explicitly approve a short public introduction and optional payment destinations. Payment destinations appear only with a confirmed paid channel allowance. A registered free viewer can open the full profile, shared portfolio and independently moderated reviews. Public lookup accepts exact full names, with small results and rate limits. There is no public trade, city or category roster.
The full profile and review APIs require both sign-in and a free viewer account. Anonymous visitors cannot bypass that access boundary.
Work photos and optional payment links
Projects are private unless you choose to share them. Shared photos require viewer sign-in; uploading a photo requires permission to use it. Photos are resized and re-encoded without embedded metadata, and stored with the project in the application database. Optional workday reminders use your chosen schedule while your account is open; we do not track your location or send customer messages automatically.
Your payment handle and destination are public only when you approve their display and have a confirmed active paid allowance. Customers pay through your selected provider. My Reputation Pro does not receive or forward tips. Stripe processes add-on subscriptions; we retain customer and subscription identifiers and payment status, without storing card numbers. Unpaid destinations remain private.
What stays separate
Your work categories and service areas determine where you can appear in approved professional searches, if you choose to be considered for work. Private contact details are released only through an accepted introduction when the professional explicitly chooses to share them.
Operator-published profiles
My Reputation Pro may prepare individual professional listings from existing public business profiles. Creating a listing does not create a sign-in account for the individual, confirm identity or credentials, or enroll them in buyer discovery. Any later claim or ownership transfer requires a separate identity check.
Reviews and professional history
Professionals do not buy favorable reviews, approve their own praise or erase critical reviews. Reviewers can amend their own words and withdraw display consent; independent moderation handles disputes and preserves revision history. Changes in employment or professional affiliations do not remove My Reputation Pro review history.
Some review invitations use manually recorded service references. They are not independent transaction verification, and historical attribution does not imply current endorsement.
Feedback screening, private drafts and identity
Proposed review and testimonial text is sent to OpenAI for preliminary content screening. We retain private drafts, screening assessments, consent and review history. The author can access their drafts; independent authorized reviewers can access appealed drafts. AI scores the severity of factual dishonesty allegations, not the subject’s actual character or legal guilt. Ordinary negative opinions and low ratings alone do not require ID. See feedback terms.
When connected, Stripe Identity collects a driver’s license and matching live selfie in its hosted flow with your consent to its document and biometric processing. Our application stores only the account-linked session reference, status and consent/verification dates. It does not store license images, numbers, addresses, birth dates or selfies, send them to AI screening or publish them. Appropriately authorized provider-account personnel may have access to provider records. Security controls reduce risk; no system can promise zero risk.
Use your private feedback workspace to review drafts, appeal a flag or request provider redaction. Redaction can take several days and removes eligibility for further flagged submissions until you verify again. Verification does not establish that a review is true or expose identity records to the review subject. Disclosure requests must follow applicable law and privacy rules. Do not upload identity documents into review text, portfolio photos or general support email.
Viewer information and marketing
Viewer role, company, location and interests are self-supplied. Optional email and SMS preferences are separate from free account access and can be switched off in the account screen. No campaigns or SMS service are connected. A live program needs its own compliant terms, sender setup and unsubscribe handling before messages are sent.
Reducing harvesting
Exact-name lookup, signed-in profile viewing, narrow entitlements, pooled seat quotas, bounded pages and provider-controlled introductions reduce broad collection. No bulk exports, raw contact lists, public autocomplete or unrestricted database API are provided. These controls cannot prevent screenshots or copying information a viewer may legitimately see.
Daily usage limits reset at midnight UTC; minute limits reset each minute. Advanced device monitoring, automatic fraud judgments and CAPTCHA challenges are not implemented. If a legitimate use hits a limit, request an operator review rather than sharing accounts.
Search engines
Marketing and buyer-plan pages can be indexed when the Site is shared publicly. Personal profiles, name search, reviews, account pages and APIs use noindex controls. Noindex is a crawler instruction, not a security boundary; server authorization protects restricted records.
What is not active
Personal Pro, Business Plus and payment-link add-ons use Stripe checkout when configured. Professional search plans and training enrollment are still being prepared. We do not independently verify professional licenses or record reviews on a blockchain. Selecting a trade does not establish legal authority to perform regulated work. Data from the earlier multi-industry preview remains preserved separately and is not broadcast through public category pages.
SWAT Network shared app
The shared app is operated by SWAT Network LLC, owned by SWAT Brand Holdings LLC. Read the network privacy policy, terms of service, cookie notice and network data-deletion instructions. The detailed My Reputation Pro feature notices below also apply.
Account and sign-in information
My Reputation Pro uses account information to authenticate you, keep your saved work attached to your account, protect access to profiles, and prevent misuse. For privacy questions or requests, contact support@myreputationpro.com.
When you choose an available sign-in method, we receive its account identifier and, where provided, your name and email address. Facebook Login requests public profile and email permissions. We use the Facebook account identifier and name; email is optional. We do not request Facebook friends, posts or location for sign-in, and we do not store your Facebook profile picture. Google sign-in uses your account identifier, name and verified email. Email sign-in verifies control of your address using a one-time code.
Provider access tokens are used on the server to verify the sign-in and are not saved in our account database. We do not sell sign-in data or use it to build advertising audiences. Providers process information under their own policies: Meta, Google.
Cookies, service providers and retention
Essential cookies maintain your sign-in and protect authentication requests. New email, Google and Facebook sessions last up to seven days unless you sign out earlier. Verification attempts expire after ten minutes. Expired authentication records are removed in bounded batches during later sign-in attempts. Signing out invalidates the current My Reputation Pro session; it does not revoke your provider permissions or automatically sign you out of Facebook or Google.
The hosting and database services process information needed to run this site. When email verification is enabled, its delivery service receives your email address and verification message. Facebook’s SDK is loaded only when Facebook sign-in is configured and you visit its sign-in surface. We disable automatic app-event logging and do not add Facebook advertising analytics.
Account, profile and review information remains stored while it is needed for your account and the site’s review and dispute processes. Review revisions and moderation history are preserved separately from display consent. You can request access, correction or deletion using the instructions below. We will identify any information that cannot be removed and explain the reason when responding to a verified request.
Your choices and deletion requests
You can edit your viewer preferences and professional profile in My account, turn off optional marketing preferences, and withdraw display consent for your reviews. Connecting another sign-in method requires signing into your existing account and explicitly linking it; matching email addresses alone never merge accounts.
Request deletion of your account or Facebook sign-in data. Removing an app in Facebook’s Apps and Websites settings stops its Facebook access but does not by itself erase information already stored by My Reputation Pro. This notice was updated October 12, 2026.
How we use AI
Category names, descriptions and profile questions you confirm are public and available to other members. Adding a category does not expose your profile or private account details. Category records are stored in the application database.
AI help is optional. When you request a category evaluation, we send your work description and the existing category catalog to OpenAI, directly or through Vercel AI Gateway, a service that routes AI requests. When you request profile or introduction polishing, we send the writing fields you selected for that feature. When you choose audio onboarding, we send your recording to OpenAI for transcription and use the transcript to prepare profile suggestions. We do not store the audio recording in the application database; it remains in your browser tab until discarded or the tab closes. The selected provider may process the audio under its own policies. These requests do not include your payment details, sign-in credentials, private photos or contact preferences.
Do not enter private customer details, confidential information or anything you do not want processed by an AI provider. AI suggestions can be inaccurate and do not verify identity, qualifications, licensing or experience. Review the wording yourself. AI does not automatically save or publish your profile, change your settings or add a category. You approve the changes you want to use.
We store AI suggestions, generation identifiers, model/provider information and usage records in the application database for operation and abuse prevention. Provider processing is also governed by OpenAI’s privacy policy and, when routing is used, Vercel’s privacy policy. Free accounts include ten successful AI requests per day across AI writing, category and audio-onboarding features. Personal Pro and Business Plus include twenty-five shared daily drafts per account. Failed generations do not use a draft, though separate request limits help prevent excessive attempts. The account notice shows the reset time in your local time zone.
You can write your profile yourself and select existing categories without AI. New category proposals use AI evaluation to check for suitable existing categories before you approve a new one.
