Account & review sharing terms
Version: October 14, 2026 · Free expression and feedback accountability
A platform for free expression
My Reputation Pro and My Testimonial Pro support lawful free expression, including honest criticism and negative opinions. A low rating, disappointment or disagreement does not by itself require identity verification or expose you to a platform penalty. You keep ownership of your words. These terms do not waive your right to publish an honest consumer review.
Create and save your own profile before submitting a review or testimonial. Describe your actual experience, distinguish opinion from asserted fact, disclose relevant relationships and avoid invented experiences, impersonation, threats, harassment and another person’s private information.
Screening and private drafts
We send proposed feedback text to OpenAI for content screening. AI rates the severity of an asserted dishonesty allegation from 1 to 10; it does not rate the subject’s actual honesty, determine whether a claim is true or decide legal guilt. A factual personal allegation or dishonesty allegation scored 6 or higher requires private identity verification, regardless of the star rating or whether the feedback is otherwise positive.
Flagged feedback stays in your private dashboard as a draft. It cannot be published, submitted for normal moderation or given a claim link until required verification and acknowledgement are complete. If screening or verification is unavailable, the draft remains private. Threats, harassment, doxxing and other prohibited content cannot be authorized by supplying ID. You can request independent human review from your private feedback workspace; an AI flag may be corrected with a recorded reason.
Driver’s license and matching selfie
Where connected, Stripe Identity collects your driver’s license and a live selfie in its secure hosted verification flow and checks that the selfie matches the document. Read and consent to Stripe’s document and biometric processing notice before starting. We retain only an account-linked verification-session reference, status and consent/verification dates. We do not store license images, license numbers, addresses, birth dates or selfies in our application database, send those images to AI screening, or display them publicly.
Verification establishes an accountable connection to the posting account, not the accuracy of its allegations or professional credentials. Identity records are subject to the provider’s privacy and security controls; appropriately authorized provider-account personnel may have access. No service can promise zero risk. Request provider redaction from the private feedback workspace; deletion can take several days and removes eligibility to submit further flagged feedback until you verify again. Do not upload identity documents to review text, portfolios, email or general support forms.
Responsibility for factual allegations
After verification, before submitting flagged words, you must acknowledge responsibility for them. Knowingly or otherwise unlawfully making false factual statements about another person can result in civil liability under applicable law. Criminal penalties apply only if conduct independently violates applicable criminal law, such as threats, fraud or unlawful identity use. A negative opinion is not automatically defamation or a crime. We do not decide legal liability or guarantee that verification protects you from it.
You accept responsibility for your statements and applicable legal consequences without waiving your right to truthful criticism or other mandatory legal rights. Violations may lead to content restrictions or account action with an opportunity to request review. Identity information is not available to the subject of a review through our public pages; requests for disclosure must follow applicable legal process and privacy rules.
Your reviews may be shared publicly
When you accept these terms, you grant My Reputation Pro, My Testimonial Pro and the business or person you review a nonexclusive permission to display and share the reviews you submit, including your chosen display name, stated relationship, rating if present and review words, on profile pages and public social media such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and X. This permission covers reproducing the review and making an accurately attributed social post about it. A person’s profile and an invitation to create a free profile may accompany the review.
You keep ownership of your words. Shared excerpts must preserve their meaning; payment does not create permission to falsify a review, change its rating or misrepresent your experience. Sharing is subject to moderation and each social platform’s rules.
What stays private
This permission does not cover private account contact details, passwords, documents, unpublished drafts or information you have not submitted as review content. Do not include sensitive personal details or information about others that you do not have permission to share.
Editing or withdrawing your review
You can edit a review or withdraw display consent in Reviews & references. Withdrawal stops further in-app display and new sharing through our tools. It cannot recall screenshots, copies or posts already published by other people on external platforms. A private revision and moderation history may be retained.
Existing reviews and recipient claims
Reviews submitted under earlier signed-in-only notices are eligible for new public sharing only after their author accepts this version of the terms. Acceptance does not publish anything automatically. A recipient without a profile can receive a one-time claim link for eligible feedback. Claiming attaches the original words to the claimant’s own profile; it does not allow rewriting them. Reviews remain subject to independent moderation and signed-in access. Named testimonials may have a public page when the author explicitly consents.
These review-specific terms supplement the general Terms of Service. See our Privacy information and membership payment terms.
Account activity and recovery
Sign in at least once every 24 months. After 24 months without signing in, accounts are archived and public profile links become unavailable. Recovery is available for 12 months after archiving for a one-time fee equal to the greater of $99 or the applicable account startup cost. Continuing successful recurring card payments exempt an account from inactivity archiving. A one-time lifetime purchase does not provide that exemption. Recovery does not renew expired paid services. After the recovery window, account recovery is unavailable.
