1. Submit your request

Email allencastle@gmail.com with the subject “SWAT Network data deletion.” Identify the website or websites involved and whether you want an entire account closed, a profile removed, a linked sign-in method disconnected or the data received from Facebook deleted.

Include your account reference or the sign-in email if available. If you cannot sign in, say so. Describe the relevant profile or content using its page address. Do not send a password, Facebook token, verification code or a copy of a government ID by ordinary email.

2. Verification and status

We will verify that you control the relevant account and identify which systems hold the requested information. We may ask you to use an existing verified account channel or a secure verification process. We will acknowledge the request and provide updates through the contact channel used for verification.

We handle a verified request within the time required by applicable law. We will explain any permitted extension, additional verification needed, specific retention reason or service-specific issue affecting the request. This page does not promise a deletion deadline that every connected system has not established.

3. What deletion can include

Depending on your request and the service, deletion or de-identification can include the provider identity mapping, linked Facebook data, authentication sessions, profile details, private uploads and other account records that are no longer required.

Because some sites use separate account systems, identify all sites you want included. Removing the shared My Reputation Pro and My Testimonial Pro sign-in can affect access to both. Removing your only sign-in method can prevent further access; link another verified method first if you want to keep using the account.

4. Records that may need to remain

We may retain limited information for legitimate tax, payment, fraud prevention, legal, safety, moderation or dispute obligations. We will identify the relevant reason when responding. A deletion request is not permission to remove another person’s independent lawful review or to erase an unresolved financial obligation.

Content already copied by a permitted viewer or handled independently by a third-party provider may require a separate request to that recipient. Any actual blockchain record is governed by the notice and agreement under which it was created; this app does not assume that your information has been placed on a blockchain.

5. Disconnect Facebook

You can remove the SWAT Network app in Facebook’s Settings → Apps and Websites. It may appear under its former name, Credibility Exchange, while the name change is taking effect. This removes Facebook access to the app but does not by itself erase information the connected platform already stored.

To request deletion of that stored information, follow the steps above. Signing out of a website also does not revoke Facebook permissions. Facebook, Google and payment services have their own processes for deleting information they independently hold.

6. Cancel paid commitments separately

If you have a subscription, booked service, paid circle or provider agreement, use its cancellation procedure as well as requesting data deletion. Account closure alone does not necessarily cancel an independent provider’s booking or a third-party subscription. We can help identify the relevant transaction and cancellation channel.
